Bruce’s BIO: I started my career in 1980 and worked in my grandfather’s real estate office, who was in the real estate and insurance business for over 45 years where I learned its importance to do the best job I can for each customer.
In 2010, I joined Coldwell Banker Residential. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential, I served as a new business development consultant for one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in the U.S. and assisted in the creation of its New Homes Southern Division. Through my vast experience in strategic planning and sales methods, I was instrumental in working with 325 New Homes franchise offices throughout 32 states.
I am a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina and Georgia. I was a founding member of the National Association of Realtor’s Property Management Division. I served as Chairman of the Califon Planning Board for over 10 years and has basic land use law and planning skills.
